• 3 days turn around for spare part orders from Miller USA
• All equipment are inspected and maintained  per the standard maintenance terms and conditions
• Maintenance reports are made available per item and Job Cards
• QA review to ensure customer satisfaction and Job Card closure procedures ensure 3rd eye assessment of workshop delivery and service completeness and timeliness
• Mitsubishi Engines are maintained locally as IWC is a certified Mitsubishi Diesel Maintenance Centre
